He is Bulgarian and his name is Martin Dyakov, from Bourgas. I have known Martin for about two years now and trust him implicitly; he worked in the UK for about three years before returning home last spring to concentrate on our joint property venture (MG Property Developments) and other projects in association with his Dad’s family run building firm Dyakov Properties. Mr Dyakov senior has been involved in building and construction in Bulgaria for over thirty years and has a wealth of projects to his name, experience and contacts. Dyakov Properties have an office in the centre of Bourgas.

If you do fly to Bulgaria soon then Martin (or George, his colleague) would be only too pleased to collect you from the airport, arrange any accommodation you require and show you round our properties. Just let me know when you’re going and I can arrange this if you wish. Martin is also very fair and understands that you will probably want to do your own research as well and look at other properties on offer, which is fine.

Martin has many associates, including builders, architects, solicitors, and notaries, so even if you do go out of your own accord, do take time to meet him, even for an hour or two, as it could prove very beneficial from an experience point of view and even save you thousands of pounds!
