Bania, by contrast to St Vlas, is a picturesque rural town situated in beautiful rolling countryside, on the main E87 approximately 35 kilometres north of St Vlas and midway between Nessebur and Bjala. It is also three miles from the coast and boasts a beautiful, unspoiled and undeveloped bay with wide sandy beaches.  </p>
<p>It is a close-knit community whose natural charm and beauty has attracted a number of foreign investors who want to experience a more authentic Bulgarian lifestyle in the peace and tranquility of the countryside yet close enough to the major towns so as not to be isolated. Like St Vlas, property prices here are much cheaper than the main towns and cities although capital growth in the last three years has been very good.</p>
<p>The hilltop air is fresh and the views of the valley below stunning. A real picture postcard place, again ideal for the whole family! </p>
